Running 50km a day. For more than 75 days.
That’s an ultramarathon—every single day. Through pain, fatigue, and doubt.
When I finish, I’ll be the first person of colour to run across Canada. But this isn’t about titles. It’s about connection. And mental health.
Unlike other cross-country treks, we’re not racing past Canadians on the highway—we’re running into their communities. Slowing down to meet people where they are. To make space for connection, not just distance.
This run is for our veterans and first responders. For youth trying to find their way. For men taught to stay silent. For those in recovery fighting for another chance.
Every step is for them. Every conversation, a reminder: no one should face mental health alone.
Connection over pace. Presence over performance. This is a movement—not a race.
